Shuttle

We’ll have a complimentary shuttle running to and from the venue between 4:15 PM and 11:00 PM, with pickup and drop-off at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Weatherford. If you’re staying at the Hampton Inn, it’s just down the street from the Fairfield for shuttle pickup. We recommend planning to catch an earlier shuttle if you can, and we’ll share exact timing details as the wedding gets closer!

On the Stay page, select Book Now and choose your preferred check in and check out dates between May 29 and May 31, 2026. Next, click Special Codes or Rates, select Group Code from the dropdown menu, and enter our code WAGNER26. After clicking Apply and then Search, you will see the list of rooms available for our group. Choose your favorite and complete your booking. Weatherford is a smaller town, and rideshare availability can be limited, especially later in the evening. If you plan to use Uber or Lyft, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance to ensure a smooth trip home.
