Question

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab at the top and type in your full name. Kindly RSVP before Saturday, February 1st 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you to still let us know at the soonest opportunity. We unfortunately will not be accepting any late RSVP’s as we will be sending final headcount’s to vendors after this deadline, and you will be missed!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! This is a cocktail attired event and we request that our guests wear black for our special day. Please, no jeans or hats. Gentlemen can wear a neutral colored button-down shirt or polo with slacks or a neutral dress shirt with their suit. Ladies can wear a cocktail dress (mini, midi, or maxi), or dressy separates. We also recommend bringing a jacket as it can get chilly. The ceremony will take place on uneven floors so comfortable flats or a chunky heel will work best. Shuttle Service

Answer

For guests staying downtown: Transportation will be provided to and from the Welcome dinner “I Do” BBQ and to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttles will depart from the Hassayampa Inn at 4:30PM on Friday 04/04 and at 3:00PM on Saturday 04/05. Hassayampa Inn Address - 122 East Gurley Street, Prescott, AZ, 86301. For the safety of our guests, we request that all guests utilize the shuttle service if you plan on staying downtown. Around a 25 minute drive one way from the venue to downtown.

Welcome Dinner “I DO” BBQ

Answer

Weather permitting, this event will be held outdoors. It can get chilly once the sun sets so we recommend wearing layers. Attire is Upscale Western. Jeans are welcomed and belts, boots, and hats are not required.

Farewell Brunch

Answer

This event will be held at the Talking Rock Clubhouse at 9AM on Sunday. Come to say goodbye before you take off and have some breakfast! Attire is Casual.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors with the reception to follow indoors. Shuttles will take guests down the street to the clubhouse where the cocktail hour, dinner, & reception will take place.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, so get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to use the shuttles we will be providing both to and from the wedding venue.
