What's the best way to RSVP? When does it need to be done?

Where Should Guests Stay?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to stay at the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center. A link will soon be added to the accommodations tab. Please refer to that for more information.

Can I expect food and open bar after the ceremony?

Answer

Hors d'oeuvres will be served with open-bar during the cocktail hour, which will be held on the lawn. The reception will take place in a quaint, dedicated seating area with an open-air dance floor. There will be a dinner buffet and open-bar. And, of course, there will be dancing!

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Please plan for all activities to be held outdoors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on a grass lawn. The reception will be held in a covered outdoor space with a dance floor outside.

All events will take place on the picturesque woodland grounds of Windsor Manor.

What should guests wear for this occasion?

Formal attire is requested, meaning suits, floor-length or knee-length cocktail dresses, or dressy separates.

The Augusta Regional Airport is the most convenient airport to use.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue at 3:15 and no earlier than 3:00. The Manor provides free parking adjacent to the front lawn for those who would like to drive.

How long is the drive from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

The drive is about 20 minutes from the hotel in Augusta to the venue in Hephzibah.

I am interested in giving the Newlyweds a gift. How do I arrange this?

Answer

If you would like to give a gift to the newlyweds, please reference the registry tab for suggestions. As the location of the wedding is a destination, the couple request that you please send any gifts to the following address: 7400 Woodstream Drive, Charlotte, NC 28210
