When should I book accommodations by?

Answer

If you wish to stay at the Fairfield Inn in the room block, you must book by August 3rd. If you are staying elsewhere, please be aware that hotels and AirBnBs fill up quickly during foliage season so make accommodations early to avoid the crowds.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. Suits and ties for the men and cocktail dresses and gowns for the women.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, if there isn't a guest listed on your invitation, we cannot accommodate them.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same location.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45 for a 4:00 start to the ceremony. The ceremony will take place at the Woodland Chapel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Buses will run from the Fairfield Inn and Suites to Hardy Farm. Please meet at the Fairfield Inn by 2:30 for the bus to the ceremony. Buses will run from the reception back to the hotel at 9:30 and at the conclusion of the reception at 10:30.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and cocktails. Mocktails, soda, and other soft drinks will also be available.
