We're so excited to celebrate with you!

Danny and I have quite an interesting story. Our dads both married into the same family, but I've been around in this family a little longer. None of us ever thought we would ever end up dating, let alone getting married. We were actually never really close, he claims we spoke a few times, but those that know me just know I'm really shy, especially compared to Danny! But then one night, I had been stressed out and was really just emotionally drained, but I got a message on facebook asking if I was okay, I didn't expect it to be from Danny by any means. We stayed up for hours on end, I was 18, he had just turned 24. And we just hit it off instantly. Sadly, I never think anyone could be interested in me so when poor Danny tried to flirt with me, I took it as he was being nice. We eventually got to become good friends and the rest is history. Here we are 10 years later, about to get married. Something I don't think either of us saw coming but we are both so happy and truly feel like we found out soulmate in life. We may drive each other a little crazy, sometimes. We have a crazy story, but it'll always be my favorite!

Danny was sneaky and found a way to make our engagement to where I definitely was caught off guard. He joked about waiting until close to our 9 year anniversary because it was only about 2 weeks away. He made me think my little hiking trip was just going to be me and some girl friends. But he wanted to suddenly, and I just thought the more the better! He picked friends he thought I would want there, and we had the best time. He did an amazing job and really caught me off guard. It couldn't have been better!
