WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE AND HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

The sooner the better so we can plan accordingly however, we kindly ask that you RSVP by March 1st 2025. To RSVP, please click on the RSVP tab and follow the link.

WHERE CAN I STAY?

Answer

The Algarve is a beautiful part of Portugal with lots of options of places to stay! The venue is in Albufeira where they are plenty of options near by. We will be staying in Grande Real Santa Eulalia for the week of the wedding and then staying in the nearby Alfagar Hotel for the week after. Grande Real Santa Eulalia offers hotel rooms and apartments and reasonably priced. Email - book.alg@realhotels-group.com for wedding discount rate 5% However, we really want everyone to enjoy their time in Portugal so please book where suits your budget and needs.

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

Answer

The Wedding Ceremony, Dinner and After the Party are all located in the Grande Real Santa Eulalia Hotel. Staff from the Venue will escort the Wedding party around on the day.

WILL THE CEREMONY & DINNER BE HELD OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our ceremony, and dinner will all be held outdoors. The party will move indoors for the DJ after Dinner.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Answer

The Dinner is a BBQ Buffet with options for all types of eaters. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know prior so we can inform staff.

Is there a babysitting service available?

Answer

Yes, the hotel offers a baby sitting service at the below costs 1 TO 2 CHILDREN 14€ | per hour before midnight 17€ | per hour after midnight 3 CHILDREN 17€ | per hour before midnight 20€ | per hour after midnight 4 OR MORE CHILDREN Two babysitters according to the prices mentioned above.
