What should I wear?
Answer
The attire is Garden Party Formal. Think elevated, outdoor-friendly, and celebration-ready, with a light, outdoor feel. We'd love guests to dress up while still feeling comfortable. For ladies, think midi or maxi dresses; elevated fabrics (silk, chiffon, satin, lace); florals, soft neutrals, or refined prints; heels, block heels, wedges, or dressy flats. For gentlemen, think light colored suit jackets and pants with a button-down shirt, dress shoes or loafers, tie optional. Avoid wearing jeans or casual attire, white, or super formal black-tie attire. The bridal party will be in green and tan colors.

What time will the ceremony be?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3:30pm followed by cocktail hour, dinner service, and celebrations! Please arrive after 3pm to be seated for the ceremony at 3:30pm.

Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held at Aurora Colony Vineyards. We’ll gather outdoors for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and then celebrate together indoors for the reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are kindly requesting an unplugged ceremony. We ask that phones and cameras be put away so everyone can be fully present with us during this special moment. Our professional photographer will be capturing everything, and we can’t wait to share those photos with you afterward!

Answer
Our venue requires that all guests consuming alcohol be carded at the bar, regardless of age. Please be sure to have your ID readily available when ordering a drink.

Can I bring a guest?

We kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if their invitation specifically includes one.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Answer
The menu we selected for dinner includes options for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian. If you have another dietary restriction, please let us know so we can accommodate!

Am I invited to the Welcome Dinner?
Answer
If you are invited to the wedding, please join us for the welcome dinner on Thursday night if you are in town. We would love to see you before our big day!

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?
Answer
We will be setting up transportation from the hotel to Aurora Vineyards and will share those details as we confirm them here. If you are staying some where other than the hotel, the hotel can be a good place to call for a ride share to your other accommodations since the wedding venue is a bit farther away from Portland than the hotel.
