Formal/ Evening attire Floor-length or dressy midi gowns, dark suits, ties encouraged. (please no jeans) Shoe recommendations: Dressy cowboy boots, or dress shoes; there will be some gravel areas but for the most part the flooring is hard and sturdy. Any heels should be appropriate
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:15-4:20 or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl(s). We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outside, the cocktail hour has a few shaded and covered areas. The reception will also take place outdoors underneath a beautiful barn structure.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please mark "not attending' in our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Yes the drinks are on us... and the hangover is on you! We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulation, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
Please RSVP by September 15th, 2026. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as not attending: we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors following this deadline.
There is a designated shell parking lot with plenty of spots on the property!

We will be having a send off around 9:30 indicating the end of the wedding !
Transportation will not be provided, so we recommend planning ahead and using Uber or Lyft if needed. Please drink responsibly and have a safe ride home!

There will be assigned seating for dinner. You’ll be able to find your table at the seating chart upon arrival at the reception.
If we’re still standing, we’ll be heading to downtown Fort Myers to keep the night going. Anyone who wants to join is more than welcome!
