The dress code is somewhere between semi-formal and cocktail attire. But at the end of the day, we just want you to be present. So as long as you’re comfortable and feel fabulous in what you’re in, that’s all that matters to us.
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. We want to ensure we provide the correct number to the venue for catering. Please let us know if you would like to bring someone that is not listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions; however, we have strived to select a buffet menu that has a variety of options.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our 21+ guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We do not have a traditional registry!
The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm MST. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue. Furthermore, they own the entire lot, so vehicles may be left overnight if anyone needs to get a ride to their hotel and return to their car in the morning.
Rain or shine, the celebration continues! The venue will provide umbrellas for all guests for the ceremony, and the facilities will allow for us to move certain parts of the occasion indoors such as the cocktail hour. The reception and dancing will all be indoors. Also, rain during a wedding brings good luck!
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can all unplug and enjoy! This isn’t a hard rule, but we absolutely want you to enjoy yourself and be fully present with family and friends.

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. With most of our guests driving down from Cheyenne, we want our out-of-town guests to have as many options as possible for where they stay. Please let us know if you have concerns and we can try to help find a special event discount through our venue.
