Tampa International Airport

Tampa is the best option for flights in and out of town. An easy 20-minute drive will get you across the bay via i275 and into St. Petersburg. Please keep an eye out, you will probably see some wildlife on your way across the bridge - pelicans, anhinga, osprey, and dolphins are not unusual sights. Tampa has all the usual rental car agencies, from Alamo to Zipcar. Choose at your convenience.
