Shuttle from Hotels to Baker Events

We have booked a shuttle that will be running from the Tulyp & Courtyard Holland hotels to the reception. Times for the shuttle are 3:15pm EST, 3:45pm EST and 4:15pm EST. The shuttle will start returning guests back to the hotels at 8:30pm, 9:00pm, FINAL RUN TO HOTELS: 9:30pm.

Shuttle from Reception to After Party at Wally's

After dropping guests back off at the hotels, the shuttle will return to Baker Events to shuttle guests going to Wally's! The shuttle times to Wally's will be 10pm & 10:30pm. The shuttle will be at Wally's at 12:45 am to take guests back to the hotels if you are not staying in Saugatuck.

Courtyard Holland Downtown

We have a hotel block reserved for guests 10/2-10/4/2025. To book call the hotel direct at 616-582-8500 and mention arrival date and Sims & Carbray wedding. These rooms will need to be booked by 9/2/25 in order to receive the wedding block discount. There is no early arrival available as the hotel check-in time is 4pm. The hotel can hold bags for guests before check-in.

Tulyp, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We have a hotel block reserved for guests 10/2-10/4/2025. To book our block at Tulyp, click on the link or call the hotel directly and mention arrival date and Sims & Carbray wedding. These rooms will need to be booked by 9/2/25 in order to receive the wedding block discount. The hotel cannot guarantee a check in before 4pm but you can call day of to request an early check in. You can also leave bags behind the front desk.

House Or Rental

Airbnb or Vrbo

Packey and I will be staying in an Airbnb in downtown Saugatuck. We recommend to choose booking an Airbnb/Vrbo if you would like to stay in downtown Saugatuck or plan to continue the celebration after the reception at Wally's. There are very few Ubers in Saugatuck but it is super walkable! We will be booking transportation following the reception to drop us off near Wally's downtown. (Cars can be left at Baker Events over night and picked up in the morning) Feel free to contact us if you need recommendations for Airbnbs/Vrbos. I would book sooner rather than later!
