We're so excited to celebrate with you!

Please note the following logistics for Friday, September 17, 2021: • Hotel check-in at the Holiday Inn Express is 3:00PM. There is an additional $15 fee to check in early. • The shuttle will make two trips to the venue: 3:00PM and 3:45PM • Please make your way to the front of the hotel and be ready to board the bus at the listed times. • If you would prefer to drive, there is a parking lot at the venue. Once on the property, please follow the signs noting “Packett/Bateman.” • If you are able to take the earlier shuttle and need to kill some time, please check out the wine bar at the front of the property. It’s a really unique space in a horse barn with a great wine tasting selection: Blue Elk Vineyard. • The ceremony will start at 4:30PM, followed by cocktail hour from 5:00-6:00PM. • The reception will be from 7:00-10:00PM. • The shuttle will also make two trips back to the hotel following the reception: 9:30PM and 10:15PM. • Please note that if you drive to the venue but wish to keep your car on the property overnight, please move your car to the top of the hill by the front office building. All cars left overnight must be picked up between 10:00-11:00AM the following morning. • Following the reception, there will be an informal after party at the Nauti Goose Restaurant. We would love to continue the celebration with you if you’re up to it! • The 10:15PM shuttle from the venue will be dropping off those who are interested in keeping the party going at the Nauti Goose on the way back to the hotel. Those who want to head back and catch some zzz’s can stay on the bus and it will be the very next stop. • The bus will then come back to the Nauti Goose to transport back and forth to the hotel for the remainder of the night. The last shuttle will depart the Nauti Goose at 2:00AM.
