When and where is the wedding?

The wedding is June 28th, 2025 and is being hosted at the Cincinnati Nature Center in the Groesbeck Estate!

Do I need to pay an entrance fee to the venue?
Answer
No, there is no entrance fee for our guests. Simply let the gate attendants know you're attending the Packard+Robb wedding, and they will grant you access to the venue.

Does the venue have parking?
Answer
Yes! There are also handicap parking spaces available for those who need them.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask that you wear garden formal attire, keeping in mind the that most of the wedding events will be taking place outdoors.

Answer
Elegant but outdoor-friendly. Flowy dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or light-colored suits. Florals, pastels, and soft fabrics work well. Opt for wedges or block heels for grassy areas.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your partner’s name is included on your invitation, they are of course welcome! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you do not bring a plus one.

Answer
While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate the children listed on your invitation. If your child’s name is included, they are welcome! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for the evening.

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
We will be serving a plated dinner with options including beef, vegetarian pasta, and a children's meal. If you have any dietary restrictions, please specify them when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes! When you RSVP online, you’ll have the option to select your meal and note any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please be sure to include any specific needs when filling out your RSVP so we can accommodate you.

The closest airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).

Are there any hotel arrangements?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block for our guests. You can find all the booking details on the “Travel” tab of our wedding website. Be sure to book early, as rooms are limited!
