What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue around 5:45–5:50 p.m., as the wedding will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both take place at the same location.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a covered area with fans. Guests and the bridal party will move indoors for the reception.

How long will the ceremony last?

Answer

The ceremony is expected to last approximately 30-45 minutes.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available adjacent to the ceremony and reception area, approximately a two-minute walk from the venue.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. Attire similar to what you might wear to church would be appropriate.

Will there be an open bar?

No, there will be no alcohol served at the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

While we are not reserving a hotel block, there are several hotels in the DFW and Aubrey areas that would be convenient for your stay. For those traveling from out of state, the two main airports in our area are Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

As a courtesy to the bride and groom, please submit all RSVPs by August 1.

Due to predetermined catering and seating counts, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those explicitly listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
