How is parking for the ceremony?

Answer

We are getting married in a small cove on Windansea Beach in a residential neighborhood. The photo posted on this page is the street view from the boardwalk. There are neither parking time restrictions nor parking lots. We're not going to lie - parking can be tight and there are some hills! We advise either grabbing an Uber or a Lyft if you want an easy drop off or plan on dropping off those who are less able to walk a few blocks to the ceremony site.

How is parking for the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at our 3 Roots community clubhouse. Our HOA just communicated to us that fire lanes will be in effect by the time our wedding day arrives. There should be some neighborhood parking along Broad & Cypress across from the clubhouse. If you choose to drive, please know that fire lanes are marked with signs and not red curbs. Otherwise, there is always the ride share option!

That being said, some of the street names in your GPS may not match the ones that are posted! Please be aware of this. For example, Broad Lane (in GPS) is actually posted as Summer Ridge Drive, while Naval Way (in GPS) will be posted as Miratech Road. Once you enter the neighborhood, it's pretty straight forward. Either way, keep your eyes peeled!
