What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure everyone is comfortably seated before we start.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that you dress in semi-formal or formal attire for our special day.

Looking for something fun to do the night before the wedding?

Answer

If you’re in town the night before the wedding, join us for a drink! We will be at Sarah Street Grill (550 Quaker Alley, Stroudsburg, PA 18360) from 8-10pm.

Question

When and where will the shuttles be running?

Answer

For guests staying at the Hampton Inn: A shuttle will depart at 3:45 PM. Please plan to take this first shuttle to ensure timely arrival. Subsequent trips will continue as needed. For guests staying at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn: A shuttle will be available to transport you to the Ridgecrest ceremony site starting at 3:55 PM from The Main Inn (#1 on the property map), and 4:05PM from Cedar House (#6). Shuttle will continue as needed. You can also feel free to walk up the short hill if you prefer! **Return shuttles will be available to both hotels following the reception, running at regular intervals.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that no cell phones or photography be used during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present, so we have professional photographers capturing all the special moments!

Is there anything we should know about driving to the venue?

Answer

If you're traveling via Route 80, please be aware that there may be delays due to ongoing sinkhole repairs and lane closures. We recommend allowing extra travel time to ensure you arrive comfortably and on schedule!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

I have a food allergy/restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is happy to accommodate any dietary needs, including gluten-free and kosher options, with advance notice. Please reach out to us privately in advance so we can ensure your needs are met!
