Chicago River Boat Architecture Tours

Open 365 days a year and FREE! Also, the zoo is right in the middle of Chicago's Lincoln Park, which is a gorgeous park to walk through.

Beautiful aquarium and right on the lake. Gorgeous views of the city.

Shedd Aquarium

Large art museum spanning historical, modern, and contemporary works! Check out their website to see what special exhibitions are traveling through.

The Art Institute of Chicago

Cute cafe in the middle of south loop. Their huge patio is a great place to chat, read a book, and enjoy a coffee! Jeremy and Christine also think that they have the BEST breakfast sandwich in the world.

Spoke & Bird Cafe (South Loop)

Although it's a bit of a trek, walking over to boat drinks is always a good time! It's right on the lake and a great place to grab a drink or some snacks. They have live music in the summertime- check their facebook above to see who's playing.
