COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS

**PLEASE READ MESSAGE FROM HOTEL BELOW REGARDING CANCELLATIONS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED YOUR TRIP** "Guests needs to call the reservation department to cancel their individual reservations and they will get a refund. In order to cancel just room reservations please call 1(800) 9908250 option 2 for reservations. They are working from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on the Pacific Time and Saturdays 9.00 am to 4.00 pm as well. In order to cancel just flights reservations please call however please keep in mind that each airline have their own policies : 1 800 219 2727 Stay well and healthy! KINDLY NOTE THAT DURING APRIL, OUR GROUPS AND WEDDINGS TEAM WILL WORK AS PER OUR REGULAR SCHEDULE. MON-FRI 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AND SAT 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM LOCAL TIME Due to the amount of e mails and calls, we are responding as fast as we can offering priority as per the arrival date."

We are working on getting more information for flight options. As of now there is no set date for more flights options that will be included in the price.

Is the flight included in the price?

As of now, if you select to get pricing for Flight and Hotel, you can select a flight from the options provided. **Please be aware that some flights are at an additional cost, be sure to check for "included in price" options**
