Non-Hotel options

There are two locations that are not done through a hotel. I have one airbnb option that is a friend's place. It can fit a couple, two couples (if ok sharing a small space), or a small family. The option is my parent's neighbors are offering their house since they will be out of town during that time. It has 3 queen beds and room for an air mattress in the master. If a group wants to stay there just let me know. The only catch is their cat will still be there.
