They say you meet the person you're fated to way before you know they even exist. For example, you may pass by them in the grocery store, or sit next to them on the bus, but never actually meet them until your hearts are ready. Well that's our story. We went to the same high school and had the same group of friends but our paths never crossed until much later in life. Then one day, when we were both mending our broken hearts we found each other. He messaged me on twitter, and immediately our hearts felt comfort within each other. We talked for hours and had our fair share of restless 2 am calls filled with mediocre jokes, but our laughs made it seemed like it was the world. But unlike other hapily ever afters our time together was cut. Pablo had to leave for the U.S. Army and then reality struck. There were days and even months where our communication was limited to just snail mail and 5-minute weekly phone calls. Good days and bad days came and go. There would be days where I had to trace the curve of your face with my eyes through facetime, times were I would have a bad day and you were the only person I looked forward to talking to, times were I would get really excited to tell you about the good things that happened to me through out my days forgetting your not just a phone call, a room or even a city away, Times were you would call to say good morning and I would say goodnight. Despite all of this, we held our ground, and though we might not have a typical relationship I wouldn't want to go through this amazing journey with anyone else. Always and Forever, - P&I
