French Meadow Bakery & Café

Our favorite go-to spot for dinner or lunch. We've never had something we didn't love here. Amazing patio, gluten-free and vegan options, fantastic burgers, craft cocktails, and an amazing organic bakery! There is a St Paul and a Minneapolis location.

A free museum open to wonder and exploration! We love going here for special events like Art and Bloom and Museum after Dark. It's always free and open to everyone.

Five Watt Coffee Bar

While there are now multiple locations, the original Five Watt Coffee in Minneapolis was within walking distance of our first apartment. We had many dreaming sessions here together about the future and all of life's possibilities. Plus the coffee and community are magical! Order the Kingfield for a real treat.

Great spot for a farm-to-table breakfast or lunch with organic ingredients from local farmers! Try the savory waffle.
