Both George Bush International (IAH) and William P. Hobby (HOU) are approximately the same distance and time from where the hotel, ceremony, and reception are being celebrated. Guests are encouraged to choose whichever airport is most convenient and/or affordable for you.
Travel Note
Houston is a large city with plenty of Uber/Lyft options that are abundant and affordable to get around town. Rental cars are also an option for guests if they want more flexibility understanding that parking may be an issue at some of the events.
