It was a typical Monday morning at UNILAG, but fate had a plan. Oyindamola was rushing to class when she accidentally bumped into Ayoola, dropping her books. As they picked them up together, their eyes met, and a spark ignited. From that moment on, they knew they were meant to be... just kidding! Our real love story began towards the end of 2012 when we were both freshmen at the University of Lagos. We were course mates in the same department and started out as classmates who shared a passion for learning. As we got to know each other better, we became the best of friends. We spent hours studying together, laughing, and sharing stories about our lives outside the classroom. We supported each other through thick and thin, and our friendship became a rock that kept us grounded through the ups and downs of Uni life. It wasn't until 2014, when we were both in our second year, that we realized there was something more between us. We started dating, and our love grew stronger as we explored Lagos, discovering new places and creating beautiful memories together. After we graduated, we were both posted to the same state for our National Youth Service. This was a blessing in disguise, as it allowed us to spend more time together and strengthen our relationship. We explored the new environment, made new friends, and supported each other as we started our careers. Fast forward to 2023, and here we are, about to get married and start a new chapter in our lives. We are grateful for each other, for the challenges that have made us stronger, and for the love that has sustained us through it all. We know that our friendship is the foundation of our love, and we are excited to see what the future holds for us as we start our journey as husband and wife. We are each other's forever, and our love story will continue to unfold, filled with adventure, laughter, and countless cherished memories.
