We're Getting Married!

We met each other online and after a short period of talking, we knew we wanted to meet in person. We drove to the lake to go paddle boarding the following afternoon. We extended that first date for hours, I do not think either one of us wanted to leave the other's side. We met when both of us were least expecting it. It was quick and beautiful. Our relationship taught us to believe in soulmates and understand what people mean when they say their person is "the one." Since knowing one another, our lives have completely changed in the best way. Every day we take a new adventure or step in our lives. It is amazing to wake up and be excited for what is to come. Shortly after meeting, we discovered how much we had in common and how our personalities complemented each other. Where one of us lacked something, the other made up for it. We moved to Colorado, raised three dogs, started our careers, bought a home, and decided to spend forever together. We know that we will always have fun together and the adventure will never end.

We stood on the foundation of our future home while it was only concrete and dirt. We had our family with us to show them where we would be living. Bill grabbed me to take a photo in front of our lot and surprised me when he got down on one knee and expressed his desire to spend our lives together. I said, "yes" of course . This instantly became the best moment of our lives.
