Where is the Wedding venue?

The wedding and reception is being held at the JOHN W. HIGGINS ARMORY, LLC an event space and business facility located at 100 Barber Avenue, Worcester, MA 01606 The facility has plenty of onsite parking and is handicapped accessible. The building was constructed in 1930 by wealthy Worcester industrialist, John Woodman Higgins to house his elaborate and eclectic collection of arms and armor from ancient Greek Corinthian helmets to ornate suits of armor crafted at the height of the Renaissance. The spectacular two-story Medieval Great Hall once held more than 35 suits of armor and a stunning array of arms and tapestries. In 2013, the museum closed and its extensive collection of over 2,000 pieces was transferred to the Worcester Art Museum. Plans are in the works to construct a gallery dedicated to arms and armor.
