The doors to the venue will open at 3:30pm with the ceremony start time being 4:00pm. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time.
Due to venue capacity we can’t host any additional guests that didn’t receive formal invitations.
As much as we love all the little ones, we ask that this event be adults only.
The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting) on the lower brick terrace. The reception will take place inside the Wedgewood Ballroom of the Estate.
Yes! There is parking onsite at the venue.
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.
For out of town guests or those who want to stay at the hotel where the after party will take place, we have reserved a room block at the Richmond Marriott in Short Pump (link to room block in hotel accommodations link on the website).
We will have appetizers during cocktail hour and guests will have the choice of Tuscan chicken, chimichurri beef medallions, or Szechuan glazed salmon for an entrée. Oh and of course, cake! Please provide choices on RSVP card. If you suffer from food allergies, please contact us so we can speak to the venue about alternatives.

Invitations will be mailed out in the beginning of January, with a March RSVP date. Please respond by the RSVP deadline. RSVP’s not returned or late may not be able to get incorporated into the final head count to our vendors.
