A parking lot right next to the property will be reserved and available for parking. A sign will show you where to go, please do not park in wedding venue drive way due to our vendors convenience. There is a map on the parking/travel page showing where to park and walk to the venue.
Our ceremony will begin at 5 PM. The gates open at 4PM to let everyone get settled and enjoy the moments before. We recommend guests to come early for parking and to walk over. There will be a venue map on the parking/travel page showing where to park and walk.
The dress code is semi-formal. We encourage guests to wear floor length colorful spring dresses for women and men in any dark formal attire of their choice. We kindly ask that the colors white, ivory, or any shade close to white are reserved for the bride & groom. Thank you!
Yes! We will have fans and shaded areas all around the venue.
We appreciate any gifts but we do understand traveling to be there is enough! If you would like to give, the bride and groom have a registry and would appreciate anything listed. They are also accepting any funds towards their honeymoon. Thank you!
As we do appreciate your excitement of our wedding, we ask that you put your phone away during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer are very skilled with what they do and would appreciate it if you could let them do it! Everyone will get our ceremony pictures after the wedding. Once the ceremony is over, you can take as many pictures as you want throughout the night! Thank you!
Both the ceremony and reception at the Bella Villa Estate will be held outdoors on grass. We encourage guests to dress with the weather in mind, bring a light jacket or wrap, and choose shoes suitable for a grassy setting.
