Many years ago, Owen and I noticed each other at the dining hall joining our dorms at NDSU. One day, Owen spotted me across the street on campus walking back from class. He quickly caught up and said, Why is someone so beautiful walking by herself? I smiled and we walked the rest of the way together. We got engaged back then for the 1st time... 31 years later, our paths crossed again. One year later, December 6th, Owen took me back to NDSU at the very spot he caught up to me on the sidewalk, got down on one knee and proposed, again!
