Maid of Honor
Carly and Mariah met freshman year of college, bonding over late night drives in her VW Jetta, spontaneous frozen yogurt runs, and somehow always stumbling into the silliest college parties. Carly is Mariah's edgy, outdoorsy friend who's taken Mariah camping at Bonnaroo in Tennessee, to pitching tents by the beaches of Maui. We are all sure she's part mermaid, because Carly's love for fish has convinced us she's more fins than feet. What truly sets Carly apart is her incredible heart—she’s the kind of friend who generously shares everything, from every meal to adventures and her closest friendships. In a world where people aren’t always willing to share, Carly’s kindness and inclusivity make Mariah feel like family. Even though she lives all the way in Santa Cruz, California, Carly always manages to swim through any distance to be there when Mariah needs her the most, earning her the spot of (mer)Maid of Honor!
Best Man
Adam and Owen just have that type of relationship that makes it feel like they are brothers. He's just always been there. Like for example, when he was born he would stare at Owen for hours and Owen would scream at their parents for him to stop staring, and honestly not much has really changed even today. He is just like Owen, but a more handsome version. There’s no one else he’d rather have by his side on his special day!
Maid of Honor
Ivana and Mariah met freshman year of college through their mutual best friend Carly, but their bond really began the summer when Carly ran off to California to chase her mermaid dreams. One of their favorite stories is when they went to a party after only hanging out once before, and someone asked if they were best friends. They laughed and said, 'No way!'—but little did they know, a lifelong friendship had just begun. Ivana is fearless and adventurous, bouncing from city to city—Ft. Collins, Chicago, Philly, New York—and showing Mariah what it means to live life on her own terms. She’s been a role model in independence, exploring the world, and embracing every moment, reminding Mariah to slow down and appreciate the present. Ivana’s unwavering support, endless encouragement, and way of making Mariah feel like the most special friend is what truly makes her a Maid of Honor.
Groomsman
Owen and Cameron’s friendship revved up in sophomore year of high school in 2007, fueled by dirt bikes, surfing, and after school hangouts. Whether they were tearing up motocross tracks or catching waves, the two were inseparable. Weekends were a blur of football games, family dinners, and Cameron’s legendary knack for locking his keys in his car. One late-night episode had Cameron ready to call his parents for an hour-long rescue mission, but Owen’s dad swooped in, picked the lock, and delivered a classic dad lecture on the art of having spare keys. Cameron’s like family, and through all the epic sports, weddings, and wild adventures, they’ve had each others back —proof that this friendship is built to last.
Bridesmaid
Tamara and Mariah’s friendship began Sophomore year of college at FAU, where they bonded over countless shifts working at the Rec center, killing time by laughing at Tamara’s wild stories. On Mariah’s 21st birthday, Tamara gifted her a massive drink, unknowingly signing up for the aftermath—carrying Mariah up two flights of stairs and making sure she got home safely (a true best friend move). They even lived together during their college years and have stayed close through a shared love of adventure and travel. Tamara’s taken Mariah all over the world, from exploring Spain to trips around France and Portugal, and visiting her countless times in Chicago and St. Pete. Tamara’s loyalty, kindness, and unwavering support have been the bedrock of their decade-long friendship. She’s been a constant cheerleader, always supporting Mariah and Owen’s relationship, and showing up in the biggest ways. Tamara’s love for her friends shines through everything she does, earning her a spot as a bridesmaid and a place in Mariah’s heart for life.
Groomsman
Owen and Brandon’s friendship began freshman year at FAU, but it really took off during a seven-hour road trip, ditching Tallahassee to get home to Boca Raton. Brandon’s basically the Cupid of Owen and Mariah’s love story—introducing them at his birthday sushi night and unknowingly playing matchmaker. From being college roommates to battling it out on the basketball court, their friendship has been full of memorable moments, including longs hugs (uncomfortably long to an outsiders perspective) only best friends can get away with. Despite the miles, they’ve always had each other’s backs—Owen visiting Brandon in New York, and Brandon visiting Owen in Chicago and St. Pete. Brandon’s the friend who keeps everyone laughing, brings people together, and shows that distance means nothing to a lifelong bond.
Bridesmaid
Meg and Mariah’s friendship ignited in 2018 also at the Friends trivia night, where Meg’s charm immediately hooked Mariah. Their bond evolved into a slow but steady flame, truly blazing in 2020 with weekends by Lake Michigan jumping into the Playpen together and belting out summer anthems. Meg’s a sport, tolerating Mariah’s wardrobe ‘borrowing’ and copying (imitation is the highest form of flattery, right?) and every chat with her is a comedy show thanks to her quick wit. She’s the friend who balances fun and heartfelt moments and even helped Mariah set up a surprise for their friend group during a Friendsgiving. Meg's kindness extends to Owen, to the point where Mariah jokes that their bond might even rival hers. Meg’s humor, warmth, and support makes her an irreplaceable friend and perfect bridesmaid.

Owen and Greg met freshman year at FAU and bonded over basketball, their challenging majors, and a competitive streak that saw them frequently betting on math exam scores—bets Greg usually won, not because Owen was bad at math, but because Owen’s just a terrible gambler. They lived together for four years, sharing countless laughs and their love for dry, nuanced humor. Greg’s now-wife Gabi was also part of the crew, with Owen living alongside them for two of those four years. Gabi often cooked for Greg, and Owen was always grateful to score the leftovers, even if they were sometimes the charred results of late-night, tipsy cooking. Greg’s quick wit, friendly rivalry, and easygoing nature made him a lifelong friend, and their bond only deepened further after those unforgettable college years.
Bridesmaid
Danielle and Mariah met in 2018 as bright eyed 26 year olds new to Chicago, thanks to swiping right on the Bumble BFF app. Bonding over their mutual love for TV show Friends, they instantly clicked—two extroverts looking for laughter and a solid friend crew. After their first meetup at a Friends trivia night, their friendship became magnetic, filled with non stop fun and inside jokes. From yelling at people to play "Cash Cab" while in Ubers, to attempting to steal blankets at a work Christmas party, to singing karaoke everywhere from a carpeted dive bar in Chicago to bars in New Orleans & Charleston, Danielle and Mariah’s friendship has been nothing but joy. Danielle is the big sister Mariah never had, always offering career, life, and wedding advice, investing in Mariah’s success like it’s her own. With her, every day feels like an episode of a sitcom, and Mariah couldn’t ask for a better friend for life.

Owen met Andrew in Chicago in 2019 after Danielle and him started dating. Their friendship really solidified during those endless lake days in Chicago during Covid era 2020, when the only thing to do was spend weekends on the lake. They both enjoy elevated conversations and bonding over current events and politics keep their conversations interesting. Their shared love of biking came in handy during Andrew’s bachelor trip in Boston, where they clocked in some miles together on trip to Cambridge. Andrew’s real commitment shows in his love for visiting Florida. At this point, he’s practically a part-time resident, and his dedication to those frequent trips alone guarantees him lifelong friend status. Owen was honored to stand as a groomsman at Andrew’s wedding with Danielle, and a top-tier memory for the two remains their Florida Keys trip—both laughing (and maybe complaining) about Mariah’s insistence on walking everywhere in 90-degree weather. Andrew’s humor and borderline alarming Florida loyalty have secured his spot in Owen’s inner circle for life.
Bridesmaid
Madeline and Mariah met in 2018 at a Cinco de Mayo bar crawl in Chicago, thanks to their mutual friend Danielle. Madeliene knew they’d get along when Mariah brought her own drink to skip the line and dodge the bar crawl fees—a classic move. From that day on, their friendship felt like it had been a lifetime in the making. Madeliene, Mariah’s adventurous flight attendant friend, has taken her with her to everything from hikes at Mount Rushmore to a spontaneous meetup in Vegas for her sister’s elopement. They bond over creative hobbies, like knitting classes and cooking up new recipes. Madeliene is the kind of friend you grab hands with and just know you’re in for a good time—full of laughs, never ending chats, and endless inside jokes. During COVID, their connection deepened with weekend trips on their friend’s boat, cruising the Chicago lakefront and soaking in every moment. Madeliene’s infectious spirit makes every adventure better, and her joy for life lights up every room, making their friendship truly one-of-a-kind.

Owen met Austin at a friends Wisconsin lake house in 2021 after Madeliene and him started dating, and Owen and him instantly bonded over their shared love of aviation and niche airports like Eisenhower. Though their time living near each other in Chicago was limited, it feels like a lifelong friendship thanks to their countless conversations about planes. One of their standout moments? Sharing a tiny couch in a 300 sq. ft. Boston apartment with 12 other guys during Andrew’s bachelor trip that ended with a pilgrimage to Mike’s Pastry for cannolis. Despite the distance, Austin always shows up, whether visiting Tampa Bay or catching up over lunch and drinks in Orlando. Now engaged to Mariah’s bridesmaid Madeleine, Owen and Mariah are thrilled to share two best friends, making their bond even more special.
