Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Smart casual attire is encouraged — nice jeans paired with a collared shirt or blouse are perfectly appropriate.

Join us for some much-needed practice drinks before we head up the mountain for the big day! Come hungry because dinner will be served.

Ceremony/Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-formal attire is requested. Ties are not required, and we encourage you to embrace the mountain setting with some rustic, chic touches if you'd like.

4:10-4:15pm - Guest load River Run Gondola (river run gondola ride takes about 12 minutes & the outpost gondola takes about 10 minutes). You DO NOT need to buy a left ticket. Evenings at high elevation can be chilly, so we suggest bringing a jacket to stay warm. The gondolas will be running throughout the reception, so guests are welcome to leave at any time if needed.

Morning After

9:30 am - 11:30 am

Before you leave town, grab a coffee or quick bite with the newlyweds the morning after.
