Where is the venue located?

Our venue is about a two-hour drive from Vancouver, so we encourage guests to plan travel in advance and consider staying nearby if possible.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal / cocktail attire requested. Please avoid jeans and white or ivory attire. As much of the celebration will take place on grass, we recommend choosing appropriate footwear.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking is available onsite for guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors. We will miss celebrating with you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar. We recommend considering nearby accommodations through our room block so you can relax and get home safely after the celebration.
