What is the dress code?

We invite our guests to dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. For women, this means elegant knee-length or floor-length dresses, chic jumpsuits, or sophisticated separates. Gentlemen should opt for suits or blazers paired with dress pants and button-down shirts—ties are optional. Since our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats to ensure comfort and style.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! Our venue offers plenty of parking for guests who are driving. For out-of-town guests without a car, we are arranging convenient transportation between the venue and hotel blocks. Please note that any vehicles parked at the venue must be retrieved by 9am the following morning.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we adore children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Only members of the wedding party who are children will be present. We hope you'll see this as a chance to enjoy a delightful weekend getaway in Nashville!

Yes! We'll be offering a full bar featuring a delightful selection of beer, wine, and premium liquors with complementary mixers.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving by 4:00pm to ensure you are comfortably seated before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We understand the excitement of bringing a guest, but due to venue constraints, plus-ones are limited to those specifically noted on your formal invitation. If you're eligible to bring a guest, this will be clearly indicated on your invitation.

Where can I fly into?

Answer

For out-of-town guests, Nashville International Airport (BNA) offers convenient direct flights to our wedding destination. If you're staying at our Murfreesboro hotel block, the airport is approximately 35-40 minutes away. Guests choosing our Nashville hotel block will have a quick 10-minute Uber or Lyft ride from BNA. We'll also provide transportation from the Nashville hotel to our wedding venue on the big day, ensuring a seamless travel experience for all our guests.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We'll host a rehearsal brunch for our immediate family and wedding party, and we invite everyone to join us in Nashville the evening before the wedding for some additional quality time together. More specific details will be shared soon! 🤍

Hotel Blocks

Answer

Since we understand that Nashville is a fun destination for many of our guests, we have secured multiple room blocks in both Nashville and Murfreesboro. Please see the travel tab for links to our blocks. Nashville is a 10 minute uber/lyft ride from the airport. Murfreesboro is 30-40 minutes from the airport, closer to the venue, but the area has shopping, entertainment and dining. We will be providing transportation from both locations to the venue. Please indicate on your RSVP which area you are staying in and if you'll need transportation. As always you're welcome to book your own hotel or airbnb but transportation will only be from the hotel blocks.
