FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 26th, 2026. If you don't respond by the deadline, we’ll assume you're unable to join us and will miss you! -A&O

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our morning ceremony at 10:30 AM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, we’d love to see you in your Sunday Best. Think chic midi or maxi dresses, and suits or blazers with dress slacks. We kindly request no jeans or t-shirts for this event. For our evening reception at 5:30 PM, the celebration continues at the Livestock Exchange Ballrooms. Whether you stay in your ceremony outfit or change into something new, we can't wait to see you all dressed up! -A&O

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:30am. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and get settled before we begin. -A&O

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Both St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Livestock Exchange Ballrooms have large, free parking lots. For the evening reception, please enter the main lobby of the Livestock Exchange Building and take the elevators to the 10th Floor. -A&O

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, invitations are limited to the exact number of seats we have reserved for your party. We have planned our seating and catering specifically for our invited guests and cannot accommodate extras. We can't wait to see you there! -A&O

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space and headcount restrictions, we are only able to accommodate the specific guests listed on your invitation. When you go to the "RSVP" tab on our website and enter your name, it will show the exact number of seats we have reserved for your party. We hope you can still join us! -A&O

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony- We kindly ask that you keep all phones and cameras tucked away until the ceremony is over. After that, take as many as you’d like! Reception- Please take a million pictures during the reception, especially on the dance floor! We would LOVE to see the party through your eyes! -A&O

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Our ceremony is in the morning and the party starts at 5:30 PM, so you’ll have plenty of time to relax! We have intentionally chosen a morning ceremony and an evening reception so guests can join for both or choose the event that fits their schedule best. We’ve put together a list of our favorite spots in Omaha on the 'Things to Do' tab for you to explore during the afternoon break! -A&O

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Zola under the 'Registry' tab on this website. Please note that while many items are hosted on Zola, some may redirect you to outside sites like Amazon or Home Depot. While we do have a traditional registry, we also truly cherish antique or homemade gifts. If you find a unique treasure or create something yourself, we would absolutely love that as well! -A&O
