The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:30–3:45 PM to allow time to be seated before the ceremony starts.
Yes! There will be a shuttle to pick up guests from the Hilton Columbus at Easton starting at 3:00 PM and leaving by 3:15 PM. The shuttle will make two return trips from Oak Grove, boarding at 11:00 PM and 11:45 PM. On the way back to the Hilton at Easton, the shuttle will make a stop at Pins Mechanical Easton where the party will continue. We'd love to see you there!
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM. The hotel has shared that early check-in cannot be guaranteed due to occupancy, but it is available as an add-on option when making your reservation. They will do their best to accommodate our group if possible; however, guests staying for one night should plan accordingly in case early check-in is not available.
The venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. Parts of the celebration will take place outdoors, with indoor areas also available for guests’ comfort.
Our summer wedding will be a blend of cocktail and semi-formal attire. The wedding party will be dressed in dark brown, and guests are welcome to coordinate or have fun with bright, cheerful summer colors. Outdoor areas will include a mix of grass and concrete, so keep footwear in mind when planning your outfit. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, shorts, and sneakers. For women, knee- or floor-length dresses work beautifully, and for men, button-ups, suits or sport jackets with dress pants are a great fit!
Yes, parking is available on-site. Golf cart shuttles will be provided for guests who need assistance. Cars may also be left overnight and picked up between 8:00–10:00 AM the following morning for those who choose to take the shuttle back to the hotel.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically named on the invitation or included as part of a listed family. If a plus-one is not indicated on your invite, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your little ones, this celebration will primarily be an adults-only event. Only children of immediate family are included. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
