When should I RSVP by?

We'd love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!) Please RSVP by May 10th using the RSVP section in the menu.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests should arrive no later than 2:30 pm, as the ceremony starts at 3:00 pm.

Where do I park?

Answer

The Barn's parking lot will be partially reserved for the wedding party and special guests. Please do not park in reserved spaces. We advise wedding guests to arrive promptly as parking is limited close to the venue. Parking can be found in a dirt lot across from the venue; additional parking can be found throughout Tres Pinos.

Where do I go?

Answer

Once arrived at the venue, there will be a side gate open for guests to enter. The reception area will be closed till after the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Welcomed guests are those that have been invited by mailed invitation. Additional guests are not permitted.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, with the exception of the wedding party, we have decided to have our wedding be an Adult-Only occasion.

Will there be light bites and beverages available before dinner?

Answer

After the ceremony, the reception area will be open (inside). There, guests will find a charcuterie board, water, lemonade, ice tea, and a bar.

Is there a bar?

Answer

Yes, the couple's parents have gratuitously set a dollar amount on beverages (soda, coffee, spirits, beer, wine, and champagne). Once that amount has been met, guests will need to purchase their own beverages.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please let the bride and groom know ASAP, they will need to inform their caterer.
