We met through mutual friends, proof that sometimes the right person has been in your circle all along, just waiting for the right moment. What started as a simple introduction quickly turned into something neither of us expected. Our first date was in January 2019 at The Cheesecake Factory. From the very beginning, it felt easy. The conversation flowed naturally, the laughter came effortlessly, and neither of us wanted the night to end. On March 9, 2019, we officially started dating and that date became the start of our forever. What began with one dinner turned into countless memories, inside jokes, late-night talks, and steady, unconditional support. Over the years, we’ve grown together through every season, learning how to love each other better each day. In March 2023, we took the next step and moved in together. Living together has been such a meaningful part of our journey. It’s the everyday moments, cooking dinner, relaxing on the couch, and spending time with our two dogs and three cats that make it feel like home. Then came the proposal. On June 3, 2025, what started as a normal walk in the park with our dogs quickly turned into one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives. We walked over to a pavilion that had been beautifully set up, and I had no idea what was coming. I was completely surprised when James got down on one knee and proposed. We’re so grateful that a simple connection through mutual friends led us here. We can’t wait to continue this journey hand in hand, surrounded by the people we love most.
