Our New Adventure is About to Begin!

One from the magical Pacific Northwest, the other from the wonderous mountains of the Northeast, both Keith and Hannah moved down here to the lovely state of South Carolina, after they had both had enough with the lives they were trying to live back in their own home states. Keith had tried online dating when he first moved down here, 2 years prior to Hannah's arrival, with no luck and no time for nonsense drama. He decided to take a break from it and continued his focus on his work and his daughter Cailen. Meanwhile, after a not so nice phase of life back in Washington, Hannah had just moved down to SC to start over and refocus on her health, her daughter Aerith, and trying to figure out what the next move was going to be. She decided to try Facebook dating because she really thought it was a great way to find new friends...a dating app... (haha). After realizing that anyone trying to talk to her was actually looking for a date, she was about to delete it and just let things come and they do. Keith was also on the verge of deleting the app, until he scrolled upon "a really cute emo girl with the really cool fuzzy animal hats and a nose ring"; he then took his shot and sent her a giant synopsis of his life. He detailed out where he was from, where he is now, and where he is planning on going with or without anyone at his side. She took a few extra days to respond to him; she was busy with working and sending rejection letters to the other guys that found her on the app. Hannah read every word he typed out and felt an instant familiarity in his story to her own and decided that, she too, would send him a novel about everything.

Keith and Hannah went on their first date; Hannah was having anxiety so she showed up 20 minutes early on accident as he was finishing getting ready himself. He took her to The Bowery, where even the bar tender said she felt a really good vibe coming from us. She told us that we needed to come back to update her on how it all goes (clearly very well!). Keith and Hannah then went on a little walk down the beach, found a nice spot to sit, and they marveled at the moon as they sat and just talked out anything and everything they wanted. It was the night after the official full moon, so she was bright and beautiful, and the ocean was rather calm, which really set such a calming feeling over the both of them. The final detail that really got both of them to say "okay Universe, we hear ya”, was when someone decided to randomly light off illegal fireworks 60 feet away from that lit up the boardwalk and the sky with an amazing display of lights. It has been one incredible adventure after another ever since!
