How should I dress?
Answer
We would love for you to join us in our neutral-colored theme! Browns, greens, oranges, and gold would look lovely on you! The ceremony will be held outside on a grass lawn. The reception will be held indoors in a barn. There are areas of air conditioning and areas without it. Feel free to dress semi formal, yet comfortable for a warm June evening. Ladies, please do not wear white.

Where should I park?
Answer
There is a large grass lot when you first enter For-Lou's property. Please park here. If you need handicap accommodations, there is a smaller lot closer to the barn you may park in. Note the picture above.
Question
Can I take pictures of the ceremony?
Answer
This will be an unplugged event, meaning we are asking that everyone keeps their phones and cameras put away. We have hired an amazing photographer and we promise to share pictures with you from the big day. We will make intentional time for guests to get a picture with the bride and groom and cameras are allowed at this point as the reception is ending.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, but this will mainly be an adults-only reception. There will be children present, but these will be specified! Thank you for understanding.

What can I expect for food?
Answer
Reception will include a dinner of barbecue assortment served charcuterie style and sides served downstairs after the bride and groom are announced. We will have a vegetarian option for those needing accomodations. Dessert will be served upstairs. There will be a gluten-free option.

Is the barn wheelchair accessible?
Answer
There is a paved ramp that comes up to the loft of the barn where speeches and dances will be held. There is also a ramp that leads to the milking parlor where the dinner will be held.

I can't make it to the reception- where should I send gifts?

We will be moving into our apartment at (ADDRESS). Please send any gifts or well-wishes here!

Why are you getting married so young?
Answer
We strongly believe that marriage is a gift of unity before God to demonstrate Christ's relationship to his Church. As followers of Christ, marriage is something sacred and to be celebrated when a man and woman can come before God to glorify Him together with their lives. We are ready to begin our Ephesians 5:22-33 relationship and would love for you to take part in the celebration!
