Can I RSVP online, or do I have to mail in a card?
Answer
You can RSVP online in the "RSVP" tab (which will go live once invitations are mailed out), OR mail in your RSVP card.

Is the venue wheelchair/handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes, there are no stairs leading to the ceremony or reception, and there is an elevator that leads up to cocktail hour.

Is there parking available?
Answer
The Wintergarden does not have its own parking; however, there are two parking garages that connect to the venue. Court Street Garage 194 Court St Rochester, NY 14604 Midtown Garage 110 S Clinton Ave Rochester, NY 14604 Both garages charge $2 per hour with a daily maximum of $10. There is also limited free street parking available on weekends.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotels to the venue?
Answer
No; both hotels are within a block of the venue. For guests who are unable to walk one block, please let Rachel know when booking your room so arrangements for transportation can be made.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will all be indoors and within the same building.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire (suit and tie for men, cocktail-style dress or dressy separates for women)

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
If you have a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation/RSVP card. We ask that you do not bring additional guests beyond what is indicated on your RSVP card.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We love your children, but due to space and safety concerns, we are unable to accommodate guests under 18 at our wedding.

Will there be childcare available?
Answer
Childcare is not provided. If you are in need of childcare while in Rochester, please reach out to Rachel for recommendations.

Will there be meal options for those with food allergies/dietary restrictions?
Answer
Dinner will be buffet-style with options for all diets. We do ask that you indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP card so that we may relay them to the kitchen staff.

Am I allowed to take photos?
Answer
We encourage guests to take photos, and ask that they be uploaded to our online album via the QR code posted throughout the venue. We only request that there be no flash photography during the ceremony.
