Ron and Dani were friends on Facebook, but didn't really know each other. Suddenly on a magical shabbat Friday night, the fire was lit. Dani and Ron locked eyes at the Detroit Chabad soirée. The moment they started chatting there was a spark. Their second "date" was a shabbat dinner at the West Bloomfield Chabad. It was almost like nobody else was there as Dani and Ron chatted and spent a long time getting to know each other.

In need of a medical boards study break, on August 9, 2018, Ron asked Dani to go on a walk with him at Drake Park in West Bloomfield. 

And the rest is history!
