No, you must use the wedding coordinators for Canada and US respectively. US guests will book their own flights. Canadian guests not flying on seats reserved for flights on 5/20-5/27 will be required to book their own flights as well.
The majority of the guests attending will be at the resort the week BEFORE the wedding, with most arriving May 20, 2024. The wedding couple will be arriving May 18th. Attendees are welcome to stay at their leisure using the discounted rates. 5 day stay options are also common. Events commence on Thursday May 23rd.

Unfortunately we are limited to a maximum guest number given the reception ceremony location. If you have received a “plus 1,” it will be on your invitation and/or save-the-date.

Guests who want to have extended stays may do so based on availability, and should book it as early as possible. Group rates are guaranteed for several days before and after the wedding but guests can extend their stay at that reserved rates assuming room availability. Guests who will be staying the full week are strongly encouraged to reserve your rooms early. Guests may stay at long as desired at the negotiated discounted rates.

No, but guests who are not staying at the resort will be required to pay an additional daily fee of $100 USD to attend the events at the Resort. Discounted rates have been arranged for guests to stay at the Resort.
No, there are regular 110V plugs (US / Canadian) in the rooms. However, it is recommended to bring a multi-plug adapter as there are a limited number of outlets in each room that are 110V.
Yes, there is free Wifi in each room.
Some are provided, however it is strongly suggested you bring your own. In case you forget, there is a store just outside the resort with many of the provisions you may require.
