Question

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need to provide our final guest count to the venue by July 24th. RSVPs received after this date cannot be accepted. We'll be reaching out in the weeks leading up to the deadline to ensure we hear from everyone, so please respond promptly to help us plan our special day.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 3:30pm for our 4pm ceremony. This will give you time to enjoy some pre-ceremony activities and ensure you're seated before we begin. Please note that guests arriving after 4pm will be seated in a designated waiting area to maintain the flow of our wedding celebration.

Question

Will there be an open bar? Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We're happy to offer both beer and wine complimentary for our guests, with an additional cash bar available for those who would like to enjoy cocktails. Bartenders will be serving until approximately one hour before the wedding's conclusion. We kindly ask that everyone drinks responsibly and arranges safe transportation.

Question

Are kids welcome?Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our closest family and friends' children. Your invitation will outline specifics. Given the venue's natural landscape—which includes bodies of water and rocky terrain—we kindly request that guests arrange childcare to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment. Our goal is to create a relaxed and memorable evening for all our loved ones.

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Garden Chic We're celebrating our wedding in a beautiful garden setting and invite our guests to dress accordingly! For the warm end-of-August event, we recommend garden-inspired semi-formal attire. Think floral dresses, flowy cocktail options, light-colored suits, button-ups, and khakis. A few key guidelines: absolutely no jeans or t-shirts, and please avoid white, cream, or beige to ensure the bride stands out. Comfort is key—the venue includes some gravel pathways, so we suggest wearing shoes you can easily walk and dance in. Not sure about your outfit? Feel free to text Zoey for a quick style consultation. We can't wait to see you looking fabulous and ready to celebrate!

Question

Can I bring a date?Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will specify whether you are welcome to bring a guest. Due to venue capacity and the economy, we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones beyond what is listed on your personal invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
