Question

By when should I RSVP?

Answer

Please use this web site to RSVP by July First. Use the RSVP page to enter your information. Please enter each Guests name to RSVP for each event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please dress for an outdoor wedding with black tie, semi formal attire. The outdoor venue is grass. Ladies, the grass could be soft. Plan to keep the stilettos for the reception. Please no flip flops or beach sandals.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony venue will open 30 min prior and will start promptly at 5 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our special day. The ceremony will be unplugged, and we kindly ask guests to turn off their phones and cameras. There will be a designated moment, prompted by the officiant, for guests to take a photo of the Bride and Groom.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block set aside with Disney with reservations required prior to 8/1/2025. Please contact Allison Study at 260-797-7783 for details and making your reservation. More information is provided on our Travel tab on this web site.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the Ceremony is provided along with parking at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa for the reception. Please tell the guard at the gate your with the Brown/Rohrer wedding and proceed to the Convention center parking area. See information on the Day of Directions tab.

Is there Disney transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If using Disney transportation on property, please allow ample time for travel, as buses do not run directly between resorts, which may impact your arrival time. Additionally, Disney buses do not stop at the Wedding Pavilion. Instead, travel to the Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and walk to the Wedding Pavilion from there.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

On the Schedule tab of our web site you will find all events listed for Our Adventure. If you plan to attend any or all of the events please RSVP so we can make sure to accommodate everyone at all the events.

What is a no-host event?

Answer

A no-host event is a self-pay event. This will not be paid by the newlyweds.
