What is the venue like?

Answer

Trillium Woods is an outdoor wooded venue with a combination of open air, covered, and indoor spaces. Weather permitting, we will hold our ceremony in the outdoor amphitheater, while the reception will take place inside the tent rain or shine. Indoor spaces like the lodge are heated and air conditioned.

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception is under a cozy tent with heaters, and the lodge, just steps away, has restrooms for your convenience. Stay groovy and comfortable!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Fall semi-formal Our wedding colors are groovy ’70s burnt orange, mustard, pink, and disco-ball metallics. Dress in your best retro inspired threads and get ready to sparkle! The ceremony is outdoors and a 10-minute stroll from parking, so skip the stilettos, grab your boogie shoes, and bring a jacket in case the night turns a little Saturday Night Fever cool.

What's accessibility like at the venue?

Answer

Most paths onsite are paved and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. The reception tent floor is also fully paved. The fire pit and lawn games are on grassy areas next to the tent, weather permitting. While the amphitheater has concrete aisle steps, the bench seating is on a gravel slope. We are offering golf-cart shuttle service between the reception tent and the ceremony amphitheater, and an accessible ceremony viewing area for guests with limited mobility. If you would like to reserve a seat for the accessible ceremony viewing area, please indicate so on your RSVP.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive to the ceremony around 1:15pm-1:30pm. This will allow ample time to mingle, find your seat, and get settled before the proceedings begin at 2:00pm. Please reference our Schedule page for more timing details.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes, please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies with your RSVP, and we will gladly accommodate.

Yes, Trillium Woods has 40 parking spots available onsite with overflow capabilities.

Unless your child is named on your invitation and RSVP, we kindly ask that kids stay safely at home.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will be specified on your invitation envelope and RSVP. While we wish we could invite everyone, we kindly ask that you only RSVP for those listed. We thank you for understanding!
