We selected four hotels for our guests, but unfortunately the room blocks expired at the end of September - so the links below are no longer active to book. If you are still trying to reserve a room, we'd suggest calling the hotel directly and ask if you can get a room in the Roth/Nugent room rate. It's worth a try! The room rates in Frederick were much better than in Leesburg and the distance is the same to our venue! Hopefully, there is still availability at one of the four we've listed, but there are many, many hotels in Frederick if these are full. We will have school buses that will drive our guests who are staying at any of the four hotel options listed and will return you safely home so you don’t need to worry about driving!

This is the newest of the hotels we found - it's a beach/modern style. Rooms were hard to get here but we do have a few. They have a nice indoor pool and other amenities, but breakfast isn't as hearty as some of the other hotels. They provide hot breakfast sandwiches to heat in convection ovens. Room rates are very reasonable - $119 for a King Studio and $129 for the 2 Queen bed option.

Homewood Suites is a beautiful hotel and the most expensive of the hotels we selected. Rooms average $139 a night for the King Studio or Queen Studio. They have a great indoor pool, hot buffet breakfast included, exercise room and other amenities.

We got the best rate at the Country Inn & Suites for $105 a night for either their 2 Queen Beds or 1 King Bed suites. They include a full hot buffet breakfast, coffee 24/7, warm cookies in the afternoon, etc. The rooms are really nice for such a reasonable price and much of the hotel has been recently renovated. The King rooms are especially spacious.

$119 for King Suite or $126 for the 2 Queen bed suites. This hotel also offers full hot breakfast. The hotel lobby and areas are nice, rooms aren’t as new as the Country Inn, but compared to some of the others in the area it is a reasonable price. .
