We're getting maui'd!

It all started with a cute online message from Pete to Obb saying, "sappy emo music like Dashboard is totally a guilty pleasure of mine. Hope your week is going well." Obb knew that he was the one after that message. We both are old school, so it took some time going back and forth with emailing, texting, and talking on the phone. She was excited that he recently moved to SD from Chicago (one of her favorite cities). At the time she was a fan of Rodgers on the Packers, so it was even more interesting that he was born and raised in Wisconsin. But we met on our first date in San Diego. Obb made sure to bring her two friends for safety, but it's a pretty funny story! She told him that she could play basketball, which she was trying to impress him. So on our date we went to the basketball courts. Pete knew she couldn't even bounce a ball and started laughing. He showed off his basketball skills where he was draining 3's on the basketball court (Redick style)! It was pretty impressive and then our love story began.
