WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate our special day at Veterans Terrace in Burlington, WI! Ceremony - Memorial Terrace (outdoor patio) As long as the weather is kind to us, our ceremony will take place outside on the beautiful Memorial Terrace, overlooking the river. It's the perfect setting for us to say "I do." Reception - Liberty Hall (indoors) After the ceremony, we'll head inside to Liberty Hall for dinner, dancing, and an unforgettable evening of celebration with all of you! WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 PM to allow plenty of time to find parking, get settled, and grab a great seat before the ceremony begins. Ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

IS THERE PARKING AT VETERANS TERRACE?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at Veterans Terrace, with additional overflow parking located across the street.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal attire suitable for a wedding and warm June weather. Our wedding colors are shades of blue and sage green, should you wish to coordinate. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or ivory, as those colors are reserved for the bride. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend! However, due to planning and space limitations, we kindly ask that only children listed on your invitation attend. If we missed a person within your family, please reach out to Kaitlyn to see if we can accommodate prior to RSVP deadline. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate last-minute additions past the RSVP deadline. Thank you for your understanding!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the RSVP. If you would like to bring a plus one, please ensure they've been included on your RSVP. If we missed a person, please reach out to Kaitlyn to see if we can accommodate prior to RSVP deadline. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate last-minute additions past the RSVP deadline. Thank you for your understanding!

WHEN TO RSVP BY?

Kindly RSVP by March 27th, 2026, no later than end of April. to give us plenty of time to finalize our head count and make necessary accommodations. We truly appreciate your response!

I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES RESTRICTRICTIONS.

Answer

We will have gluten-free and dairy-free options available for both dinner and dessert. We will do our best to label everything so guests with dietary or allergy restrictions can easily identify what works for them. Please ensure you note any allergies when completing your RSVP. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to Kaitlyn directly so we can be as accommodating as possible.

WILL YOU BE SERVING ALCOHOL AND DRINKS?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar offering house wines, beers, and soda available after 5:00 PM. Please drink responsibly. You must be 21 or older to order from the bar. Hard liquor will also be available for purchase.

MISCELLANEOUS

Answer

Please note that we will have a professional photographer capturing the day, so we encourage everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. If you plan to take your own photos, we kindly ask that you avoid using flash, as it can interfere with the photographer’s work. Thank you! There will be a seating chart for the dinner portion of the evening, available in the main hall. Name cards will also be placed on the tables in case you miss the chart. After dinner, please feel free to mingle and move around — we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration!
