Our journey started in elementary school, but it wasn't until high school that we truly became inseparable. I remember first noticing him as the funny, handsome guy who always made everyone laugh. He later confessed he found me "real hot like," and we quickly became best friends, sharing secrets and dreams. A pivotal moment for me was when I accidentally bumped his head during a playful moment. Instead of getting annoyed, we both burst into uncontrollable laughter, and that's when I realized I loved him. Our relationship blossomed through small, meaningful gestures. He would wait for me after volleyball practice to walk me home, and we spent every possible moment together. As we transitioned from high school to adulthood, his support only grew stronger, always standing by my side. There were funny moments too, like when we saved each other’s contact names as “Rebecca” in our phones to keep our relationship secret. Those sneaky messages still make us laugh. Our love for adventure led us to explore new places, and one of our most memorable trips was to South Lake Tahoe. In the snowy, magical setting, he proposed to me, and the moment was as serene and beautiful as our love. Throughout our relationship, we’ve lived by the quote, "we laugh iridescently and we love illicitly." It perfectly encapsulates our journey—a journey filled with laughter, love, and the kind of adventures that make life extraordinary.
