Amanda and Kenny’s story began back in 2018. Amanda attended Pace University in New York City, New York and Kenny attended Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. Though they moved in different circles, fate had plans for them. One night, both were reluctantly convinced by friends to attend a sorority-fraternity mixer—an event neither of them initially wanted to go to. At the pregame, Kenny spotted Amanda walking through the door and felt an instant connection. Amanda knew of many of the Stevens guys through her brother who also attended Stevens, but many didn’t realize who she was. After discovering she was Angelo’s sister, most of the guys didn’t approach her—but Kenny did. From that moment, they danced the night away, talked, laughed, and continued spending time together throughout the fall semester. Their friendship blossomed into a relationship, and now, seven years later, they are excited to celebrate their love surrounded by friends and family.
