FAQs

Question

Why does the ceremony begin at 4:44?

Answer

444 is an Angel Number that represents divine support, stability, and a strong foundation.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is whatever you feel your best in - just don’t wear white unless you want dirty looks from the bride. We encourage you to lean into the hill country, western style. Think cowboy cocktail attire.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this is strictly an adults-only occasion.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:44 pm, and no entrance will be granted after that time.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There is a designated parking lot at Swallows Eve. You are able to leave your car overnight if needed, but we encourage Uber or Lyft to be safe!

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

When you RSVP, you can choose between these options: Brown Butter Sage Chicken white cheddar whipped potatoes bacon & caramelized onion green beans Shiner Bock Braised Short Rib wild mushroom, hatch chili & chevre risotto cast iron heirloom carrots Vegetarian Dish chef's choice

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking.

Question

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a firm guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a block of hotel rooms?

Answer

We do have a limited number of blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn Express. Please see the Travel section of our website for more information.
